We owe it to ourselves to pass the days in relative happiness in this troubled world and the worrisome times we are facing. Give some time to remember some of the good advice given here…
1) Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2) Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3) When you wake up in the morning, complete the following statement, “My purpose is to _____ today”.
4) Live with the three E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy and the three F’s – Faith, Family, Friends.
5) Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
