As is my wont when I find a good book, I took notes while I was reading Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman’s Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia. I’ve bookmarked and jotted down many of the anecdotes, facts, and words of wisdom I found in the book because I might be able to use them in my homilies and talks. Eat, Pray, Love is such a fascinating read, one that I recommend to any person trying to rediscover him/herself.
I hope the following quotes will encourage you to eat well, pray regularly and love passionately.

I am loving and caring, and thoughtful and hopeful. I am sick and tired. I am shy and friendly, and careful and careless. I am broken and whole. 
I am misunderstood, misguided, and mislead. I am hard working and determined, but a lil scared on the inside. 
I wish on stars and dream my dreams. I pray to God and cry my tears. I smile on the outside, while I'm dying on the inside.
I listen to others who won't listen to me. I walk on eggshells, and I walk on fire. I believe in passion, but not true love.
I am everything and nothing all at once.
